Pahlish “There is a Song Collection” Review and Swatches

Press Sample
Hi everyone!  Pahlish sent me their upcoming collection for review, and they are stunning!!!  There are 6 polishes total and they’re all themed by the show Dr. Who.  Grab a cup of coffee or tea and let’s jump right into the pictures shall we?
Pahlish_There_is_a_songFirst up we have Hello Sweetie.  This polish is described as a lilac jelly with silver flakes and soft violet blue shimmer.  I used two easy coats for the photo down below.  The flakies are easy to get on the brush and smoothly apply to the nail.
Next up we have my one of my favorites from the whole collection!  Stormcage is described as a blackened violet jelly with a mix of silver, blue, violet, and pink flakes.  I used three coats for the photo below.

Next we have Spoilers which is described as a deep oxblood red jelly with iridescent white flakes.  I used 2 coats for the picture below.  Second pic is with some lace 🙂

Another one of my favorites is “Singing Towers”.  This is described as an espresso brown jelly with red and copper ultrachrome flakes, and holographic microflakes.  Just look at how gorgeous it is!!! I also decided to try it out matte.  Which way do you prefer?

Next up is Melody Malone.  This is described as a greyed purple cream with pink shimmer.  I used Essie Penny Talk for the stamping in the second picture.

And lastly but certainly not least, we have “Impossible Astronaut”.  This color is described as a subtle tan greige with silver microshimmer.  I love these kinds of colors!!! They’re beautiful on their own, or a perfect base for vibrant reverse stamping.  🙂

Overall, Shannon knocked it out of the park with this collection.  They’re all stunning, apply amazing, and the depth of some of them with the flakies is mesmerizing.  This collection will be releasing on February 14th at 7 P.M. CST.    Check out Pahlish’s Facebook  page and their shop!  They have some beautiful polishes available there including the February Duo and bespoke batches.  Thanks for reading today, and if you liked this post please subscribe.
